Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga classes are slow-paced, supportive and nurturing. Props and modifications are used to help find ease in the poses. Focus is on the breath to create deep inner awareness and steadiness in the mind, body, and spirit.

Special classes on the New & Full Moon to help focus on those phases within our own beings.

Suitable for all levels, whether you are an experienced yogi or this is your first class.
