Reiki calms the body and mind to help promote a deep state of physical and spiritual healing. Sessions include an explanation of the chakras (energy centers) in the body, as well as techniques that promote energetic balance in your daily life.
Swedish massage increases vitality in the body and soothes the mind. It improves the functions of all systems in the body. It is greatly beneficial after a yoga or meditation session, but can also be a stand alone service.
Learning to meditate and connect with the breath can reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and focus, change your relationship to chronic pain and illness, and increase self-awareness. You will learn specific techniques to incorporate into your daily routine.
The benefits of all the modalities and their effectiveness multiply with consistent practice and commitment. Packages of sessions for your unique healing journey are designed per client for weekly sessions or multiple sessions a week.
